After the event has wrapped, IEP will author an easy to navigate DataDVD laying out all the event presentations, speakers and special events. With our client’s direction, IEP will capture the appropriate general sessions, breakout sessions, special events, and speakers using the DVCam format. After the event we will compress the video, synchronize it to the appropriate PowerPoint graphics, and make the complete presentation ready for DVD authoring.
We will then develop a navigation page with full graphic layout and “buttons” which will actually be the names, session titles, or pre-produced videos for viewers to choose their desired topic. With the use of the DataDVD technology, we can fit up to 20 hours of video onto a single disk. We will package the DataDVD in a fully-branded four color single disk wallet complete with meeting agenda and details.
