Patrick E. Saty
Vice President, Sales & Client Solutions

Patrick is vice president of sales and client solutions for IEP. He brings to this organization both domestic and international business-to-business experience. He has led dramatic increases in both client satisfaction and profitability across multiple industries over the past 30 years. His client leadership and organizational skills have contributed to the growth and success of both startup business ventures as well as some of the world‘s largest companies.

Mr. Saty served for 5 years as Sector Sales VP of UK based Compass Group, PLC, the world’s largest restaurant and foodservices management company. Compass Group’s U.S. operating companies include; Bon Appétit, Wolfgang Puck, Levy Sports & Entertainment, Flik International, Eurest Dining Services, Chartwells, Canteen Vending, Morrison Management Services and Restaurant Associates. Mr. Saty oversaw sales for 3 of Compass’s U.S. companies. His organization’s new sales exceed $50.0 MM/annually.

Living in Europe, as Senior VP, Client Service Operations of Galileo Communications, LTD – Mr. Saty was co-founder of this international technology company, based in London, England. During startup, Mr. Saty led group-wide merger and acquisition activities. With PWC, his team successfully negotiated and acquired 9 European technology companies. Galileo developed web and legacy integration projects for some of Europe’s most respected multi-national companies, quickly becoming one of Western Europe’s largest web integration companies. In 5 years Mr. Saty took their new sales from £0 to over £9.0 MM/year.

Saty was one of a 5 person team which formed the landmark joint-venture between Bell Atlantic (BA the nation’s largest Regional Bell Operating Company, NYNEX, C&P Telephone) and GTE, now merged as Verizon Communications, the nation’s largest telecom. Mr. Saty was with the telecom for just over 20 years. He served as Director of Operations and helped implement the company’s client TQM process. As Regional Sales Director, he hired, developed and oversaw a 150 person sales organizations (over $150.0 MM in annual sales). In addition Mr. Saty was a member of the corporation’s Executive Board.
