We begin by integrating our team of designers – both creative and production – to analyze the physical surroundings of the event site. We then look at the size of the staging, the size of the audience, and the overall program.

Once we have the skeletal structure of size and application, we then begin to integrate the client's branding elements with specific materials (hard, soft, acrylic, etc.) that will mirror the look and feel of the brand. Lighting plays an integral part in designing the look and feel of the environment, and in how many “appearances” the set needs to have – business, awards, entertainment, etc.

In developing conceptual ideas, many times we do rough sketches then move onto renderings and floor plans drawn to scale. We present these renderings with color applications so the client can get a feel for the proposed environment. Once on-site, our lighting designers create multiple lighting "looks" for each of the conference sessions.
