We begin by working with our clients, their agencies, designers and production team members, to analyze the physical surroundings of the event site. We then look at the size of the staging, the size of the audience, and the overall program.

Once we have the skeletal structure of size and application, we then begin to integrate the client's branding elements with specific materials (hard, soft, acrylic, etc.) that will mirror the look and feel of the brand. Lighting plays an integral part in designing the look and feel of the environment, and in how many “appearances” the set needs to have – business, awards, entertainment, etc. Once on-site, our lighting designers create multiple lighting "looks" for each of the conference sessions.
